A Bit About Us
We don't actually have any employees at this time. So I suppose it's just me and my biggest cheerleader (my loving girlfriend), for the moment. That's "us." But we do aspire to grow and hire employees someday.
Our core values are transparency, honesty, respect, kindness, resourcefulness, adaptability, Good communication, attentiveness, patience, playfulness, and all around... GoodShiz. We like to work hard, play hard, and have fun. Life’s better with the right shiz.
I caught the travel bug, and have enjoyed visiting a number of countries in recent years. I love to adventure outdoors, visit beautiful places, try new foods, learn about other cultures, and meet and talk with interesting people. Discovery of unique foreign products, and conversing with folks who are living abroad and running an export/import business online - sparked my inspiration. If they can do it, why can't I?
We very much hope to provide Good value for society and ourselves, by seeking to bring unique and useful and helpful and fun quality products to market in the USA and perhaps someday, elsewhere.
My Experience
2010 - 2011
In 2010 I graduated from Highschool. At Hobby Lobby I lived a creative life as a stockman and cashier. At Natural Bridge Caverns, I guided adventurers through the largest cavern in Texas to see hidden wonders.
2011 - 2015
In 2011 I ran a small painting business via the guidance of College Works Painting. I did marketing & estimates, wrote contracts, and managed my painting team as we painted 27 residential homes during my Summer vacation from University. In 2013 I did a Summer internship in sales with TSI, a SaaS company that serves the design/build industry. I continued to work part time for TSI during the following school years. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a degree in General Studies with a focus in Leadership and Minors in Economics and Business Administration.
2015 - 2021
In 2015 I began working full time for TSI and then sister company Building Data/SysQue. In 2016, Building Data/SysQue was acquired by Trimble. I continued working for Trimble until 2021, when I decided that I effectively needed a break to focus on myself for awhile.
2021 - 2026
In 2021 and in the following years, I did many things. I traveled across the United States. I visited multiple locations in Mexico. I expanded my horizons. I visited a buddy working construction in Zimbabwe, and South Africa. I visited Europe, limitedly. I visited Vietnam and Indonesia and Thailand and Brazil and the Dominican Republic and Colombia. I met a beautiful girl and she has been my world and my biggest cheerleader for four years.
2026 +
In 2026, I decided that it was time to get back to "real life" and reengage with economic activity. Nevertheless, I knew at this point that I LOVE to travel, and I LOVE flexibility of work location and ability to work from a computer and make my own schedule and be my own boss. My entrepreneurial tendencies screamed at me, and I finally listened - and GoodShiz LLC was born in March of 2026.
